What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your Fields & Ferns purchase you can return your item to us. However, as we are a very small business with a made-to-order system we are unable to offer refunds. Instead, you will receive store credit. Send Fields & Ferns a message at email@example.com to discuss your refund with us.

We offer free shipping on orders over 70 pounds. Please see our shipping cost guide page for more details.
How many days does it take to make my shirt or jewellery?
Please allow a maximum of 14 days for your shirt to be made. We’re a small team of two and want to make sure your shirt is perfectly made before we ship it to you.
Where is my order?
You should have received an email with your tracking number. If you have not received this email or if your tracking number is not working please email firstname.lastname@example.org and one of us will be able to assist you. Please keep in mind that during the pandemic, your order may take longer to ship than usual.
